Take a look at our reports which show what we do and how we make sure children and young people's voices are heard.

Why do we write reports?

When we talk to children and young people about what they think of health or care services, we sometimes use what they tell us to write a report and make recommendation of how things can be improved.

We share these reports with the people who provide the services and ask them to say what they're going to do in response to our recommendations. If it's appropriate, at a later date we will go back to the providers to see what they've actually done, and if our recommendations were acted upon.
