How does it feel for me - Sophia
Sophia is a young adult who has a diagnosis of complex PTSD which massively affects her day-to-day life. She also struggles with severe migraine episodes, insomnia and IBS, which affect both her physical and mental health.
She is taking part in this project as she wants to be listened to and taken seriously when providing feedback on services.
Sophia is not the real name of the participant. We have agreed to use it to protect her identity.
WARNING: In some of the videos Sophia talks about suicide and self-harm.
