Digitising Leeds
The lockdown imposed from March 2020 brought with it some radical changes to how people are able to access health and care services. Face to face meetings with healthcare staff were dramatically reduced and it meant that some of the digital changes that service providers were hoping to introduce slowly were forced to be activated quickly to be able to continue to deliver services.
