What's important to the people of West Yorkshire about their health and care?

Healthwatch across West Yorkshire produced this briefing paper for the Systems Quality Group of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. This group meets regularly to share information about good practice, concerns and risks (and how to reduce these) across health and care services in West Yorkshire.

We wanted to make sure that people’s voices are heard in this meeting, so we pulled together this briefing paper, which brings together everything we are hearing from people across West Yorkshire. It focuses on the current themes along with the risks to people. The risks particularly focus on how the themes will impact people who find it harder to access services and people who are at greater risk of poor health (health inequalities).
