Care at Home– Review of People’s Experience of care provided in their own homes
We received feedback from 185 people about homecare services. Some of the key messages were; satisfaction levels were lower than previous years, many people talked about inconsistent care due to changing staff, there was praise for the staff but issues with the care agencies around communication and organisation.

Consistent care to be provided by regular staff
Clearer communication between agency and people receiving care
Better systems needed to check and review care providers
