Highlights
We have all staff photos displayed in the reception area on our meet the team board , names have now been added to each individual photo , enabling residents and visitors to the home to recognise each staff member
Complaints/Compliments procedures at present for both internal and external are already displayed in the reception area
Each individual resident already has a communication care plan this identifies any communication difficulties and aids/adaptions required,
