Ghyll Royd Nursing Home Report
Based on our observations and the respondents’ feedback, the majority of residents receive excellent care in Ghyll Royd. However, some relatives shared with us examples which have highlighted some areas of concern, we have made suggestions for improvement in the following areas

Highlights
Increased size of activities timetable. We spend time daily with the less able already. Will place in position everyone can see.
Bed-times are always flexible. We are a nursing home and a vast majority of our Residents get very tired and retire early.
We continually ask Residents and visitors opinions.
