Any relatives who are not already aware will be made aware of oral health arrangements at the care home.
An audit tool is now being used to identify and plan ongoing repairs and refurbishments required at the home.
A sticker system has been used to make the care plans of residents with communication needs ‘highly visible’ in line with the requirements of the Accessible Information Standard
