Based on our observations and the respondents’ feedback, the majority of residents receive good care. However, considerations of the following recommendation may enhance the residents experience further.

Highlights
Anchor active has now commenced. It’s a whole team holistic approach.
The range of activities has been extended to include the following: There is an oomph exercise instructor in the home. There is also an ipad champion and activity champion in the home.
Information will be displayed in reception and any help families need advice will be given by management.
