Radcliffe Gardens responded with actions regarding our recommendations. below is a sample for the Action Plan in full, click on the Action Plan report on the left.
Highlights
Complaints and concerns has been included in the Service user guide which is available to all residents in their rooms.
All wheelchairs are now returned to bedrooms when residents are in arm chairs in the lounge.
Due to the makeup of the building there isn’t anywhere at present that could be utilised as a quiet area but this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
