Healthwatch working together across West Yorkshire has produced a document that highlights the experiences of people when accessing and waiting for hospital care. It summarises the key findings related to hospital care and treatment that we have heard through the West Yorkshire Voice and what local Healthwatch across West Yorkshire have been hearing.
Thanks to those who shared their experiences, this document will be provided to the March 2024 West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board Meeting alongside their formal board meeting papers and help make sure that real experiences are considered and influencing the decisions made in the meeting.
Hospital care was the focus of the Integrated Care Board meeting. The meeting is a discussion between people in charge of NHS health and care services in West Yorkshire.
